when i go toilet and do a poo it pains me as it passes through as if something is cutting me inside and i bleed. after i finish and walk around i still feel the pain there and it is very dicomforting. how can i get rid of this and make the flow eaiser and stop the bleeding?

According to cause specific treatment given and take the below precautions: -Anal water sitz bath useful. -Avoid excess spicy foods. -Drink more water. -The non-steroid anti-inflammatory drug can be prescribed to relieve pain and inflammation. -Lignocaine jelly can be applied if pain more. -Stool softener syrup can be prescribed.
