Hello,

It can be an anal fissure or hemorrhoids like condition. Local examination and proctoscopy examination are done for rule out the cause.

According to cause specific treatment given and take the below precautions:
-Anal water sitz bath useful.
-Avoid excess spicy foods.
-Drink more water.
-The non-steroid anti-inflammatory drug can be prescribed to relieve pain and inflammation.
-Lignocaine jelly can be applied if pain more.
-Stool softener syrup can be prescribed.

Consult a surgeon for examination, and accordingly, management plan decided.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Parth Goswami
