Suggest Remedies For Burning And Blood Discharge In Urine

Hello, I believe I possibly have a UTI. I was involved in sexual intercourse four days ago and today I experienced sharp burning pains whilst urinating which continually got worse throughout the day where they would continue after urination and to the point where my urine is now bloody. I have researched and tried to drink as much water as possible, is it possible for me to treat this myself or is this an urgent matter I should take up with my local doctor? I really would not like to have to tell my mum or doctor. Thanks.
