Suggest Remedies For Chills, Muscle Pain Behind The Legs And Arms?

I have chills, muscle aches in the backs of my legs and some in my arms. the aches are only when i sit or rest, when i walk, i don t feel any discomfort. my skin hurts--like how you feel when you are coming down with the flu. i have a slight headache, and i am tired. this started Wed and the muscle aches are worse now. i have no nausea or vomiting. don t know if this is a bug, an infection, an allergy or like a vitamin deficiency. i am usually healthy and want to feel better.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think your symptoms are indicating possible acute flu infection.
Take paracetamol or ibuprofen for the pain.
Keep well hydrated (drink more tea, water, juice).

If no betterment within a few days, should consult with your physician and run further diagnostic tests.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
