Suggest Remedies For Constant Pain In Shoulder

I have been diagnosed with an unstable shoulder joint following a fall. The shoulder gives me constant ache/pain especially at night. My doctor prescribed 50mg tramadol taking 1/2 tablets every 12 hours but they do not help. Is there anything you can suggest?

hi..it is possible that without nitrate..UTI is there..
it occur in dilute urine , infection with staphylococcus bacteria or low colony forming bacteria...
