Suggest Remedies For Constant Pain Near My Bladder Region

hi I m a 17 years old (female). i have pain in the region just above the anus and on the bladder region. the pain is quite severe and lasts 2-3 hours. if i sit wide legged i feel a bit relaxed. and i feel like i have to go to the bathroom again and again but there s nothing there. i feel there s a kind of lump just above the anal region and it radiates pain also towards the bladder. The pain is excruciating and i pain killers have little or no effect. Muscle relaxants work better. What do i do?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, this may be due to underlying calculus in the urinary system or perineal inflammatory condition.

An examination with a consultant surgeon and ultrasound of the abdomen, pelvis and perineum is recommended rather than taking simple pain killers.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
