Suggest Remedies For Constipation During Pregnancy

I m 36 weeks 4 days pregnant, is it safe to use a fleet saline enema. Very very constipated.feel like there s no other option. Tried all the naturals, fiber, greens, prunes, coffee ect. Tried stool softners , Miramax, milk of mag. Don t know what else to do. Please help.

Hello,

A saline enema is safe for most pregnant women and can bring relief.

Don't use coffee enemas during pregnancy.

I also recommend you to use a lot of liquids.
