Suggest Remedies For High BP And Nose Bleeds

hi my father is 74yrs, asthmatic fr last 20 yrs, taking nebulizer at least twice a day,is diagnosed with hypertension as he experienced excessive bleeding from nose last week, and again today...has consulted a ENT doc also...problem does nt relate to ENT.....blood presure today was 140/90

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

BP of 140/90 is not high for age 74 years. It is borderline. This BP won't cause any nasal bleed. I recommend you to monitor BP regularly and do some blood tests like platelet count, PT/INR, bleeding time and clotting time to see for any bleeding disorder. If BP remains like this, he does not need any medication currently for that.
