Suggest Remedies For Lethargy And Low Energy Level

Good morning, I have been on Oroxine 100 for over 20 years since my thyroid was completely removed. I am now 62 years of age and have gradually gained weight to a point where I am obeast and do not seem to have the energy I once had or the fitness level I once enjoyed despite the effort I put into my dies.

Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Oroxine dosage needs to be increased with body weight. Also with age, thyroid hormone production will reduce.
2. Six months or annual correction of thyroid hormone was necessary and it is not done and possibly as led to hypothyroidism.
3. In hypothyroidism, whatever the diet or exercise, it is very difficult to loose weight. Get your thyroid hormone profile done. Also meet a dietitian to get a balanced diet. Try swimming and water aerobic exercises.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
