Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Children can pass loose stool at the onset of a respiratory infection(eg, cold) gastrointestinal infection, or urinary tract infection. Causes include: bacteria, viruses, parasites(whipworm, hookworm, threadworm, flatworm), fungus. Malabsorption of fat and sugars from the diet. Antibiotic diarrhea due to the antibiotic changing the bacterial composition in the intestines. Normetrogyl is an antibiotic and could be the cause of your daughter's continuing diarrhea.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
