Suggest Remedies For Loose Stools But Difficulty In Bowel Moments In Infant

I have a month old infant that is breast fed, stool is still loose & strains & pushes down hard usually cries out & often wake up screaming like in pain, then the pushing down starts. what do I need to do? She does not sleep for periods longer than 20 min.

It seems like colic pain.
I usually prescribe gastica drops 5 drops thrice daily for 3 days
Ensure proper burping after each feed
