Suggest Remedies For Loss Of Appetite,stomach Ache And Hot Sweats

my husband is taking oral methotrexate for sarcidosis and nodgeles in his lungs also he is on other medications for other issues. he was also diegnosed with H palari he took the antibiotics and is still in alot of pain he has lost over 60lbs with out trying he has lost his a ppetite and when ever he does eat he is always in pain. his newest symtem is cold intolerance and then he sometimes breaks out in hot sweats. i dont know where to go from here. please help

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about your husband taking Methotrexate for sarcoidosis, also has nodules in the chest and is on medications for another issues, there os loss of appetite, cold intolerance and breaking out in sweats.
Got treated for H pylori with antibiotic.
All these symptoms are directly or indirectly related to the diseases and the medications.
I would advise you the following:
Consult your treating Doctors/ Specialists for revaluation of the medical condition, fresh changes clinically and by the lab reports.
There may be change over or an additional treatment that may be required.
