Suggest Remedies For Lower Abdominal Pain In Children

Hi, My 4 yr old little girl was complaining of lower left abdominal pain, she was quite pale and thirsty. The pain lasted about 30 minutes then she said it was gone but she was still pale. She did not use the bathroom to relieve herself in any way. What may be the cause?
