Respected user , hi
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly .

* There are different possible reasons for the same as
- intestinal colic - uterine spasms due to delayed menses - left ovarian
cyst - left ureter calculus - others

* Need ultrasound examination of abdomen & pelvis for final diagnosis
and management accordingly .
* Till then can take Antacid tablet ( as ranitidine ) with antispasmodic tab
( as drotaverine ) for primary pain relief .

Hope this clears your query .
Welcome for further details .
Regards .
