Suggest Remedies For Lump Inside The Muscle After Injury

I fell down on the tiles of the toilet and had got a sprain on my behind and as per the MRI, it shows a dark small lump inside the muscles. It has been almost a year and the doctors here in Bhutan are not able to give the proper remedy. what advice do you have?

this mostly is muscle strain and healed by fibrous tissue ..
no medication is helping but ultrasound therapy and laser ..parrafin wax baths are treatment of choice now..
deep friction massage by s professional physiotherapist is going to help.
