Suggest Remedies For Pain And Bleeding In My Head After A Fall

3 nights ago I was using the restroom at 3am. I fell asleep, when I realized it I grabed my shorts and stood up but my legs were asleep and I fell on my head. I couldn t catch my fall because as I said my hands were busy. Well it skinned and cut my head open. Now my head hurts badly and my neck on the right side hurts also. My sleep is irratick to say the least. It s like I can t get into my rem sleep. My wife pulled the bandage off today and its still bleeding alittle without the bandage?

Hello
You need to have a doctor check you out, and I would get skull and neck x-rays to look for possible fractures and an MRI of your brain to check for a bleed there. You may also need a tetanus booster if you haven't had one in over ten years
