General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HCM.
As you mentioned you already consulted an orthopedic, which suggested no medications to decrease the bone growth around your spinal cord, you can ask another doctor ofcourse, nevertheless if the case is of bone growth there is no medication that will decrease the growth but surgery in this case might be an option, but this is usually reserved for cases that require surgery. Please keep consulting your doctor regarding your issue, and ask for pain relief medications.
Kind regards,
Dr. Ahmad
