Suggest Remedies For Pain In Ankle
i got hit directly on my ankle with a 60mph BASEball pitch.. played the remainng 3 innings but couldnt run.. got home and it balloned up.. im applying ice.. minimal side to side movenement.. cant point toe up or down..hurts too much.. 48 male.. pretty high overall pain tolerance.. please advise

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopaedician and plan for an X-ray.
