hi im 28 years old, healthy , and ive been having pain with my right heel , i cant put much weight on it, but after i stretch it for a few minutes, i feel fine. The past 2 days ive been feeling a warm senstation on my right foot, that lasts on for a few seconds. is there a problem with my foot?
The symptoms as mentioned in your post can be attributed to musculo-skeletal injury or spasm.
Symptomatic relief is obtained by analgesic preparations like Diclofenac+ Serratiopeptidase (to be taken after meals), ice compression, application of analgesic+ muscle relaxant gel & adequate rest.
If symptoms still persist, kindly consult a Sports specialist/ Orthopedician for proper clinical examination. X ray of the right foot will be helpful to rule out any pathological cause.
Wishing you a Good Health. Take care.
