40yr female, 180lbs... having extreme aching feeling in what i believe is the mucsles in top of both legs, sometimes when first standing very hard to even walk till after several steps,... also aching in top or arms, shoulders, neck.. i do walk and stretch out several times a day,,..

Hello,

It is necessary consulting with a neurologist for a physical exam. Performing some blood lab tests (inflammation tests, FR, ASOT, CK levels ) may be necessary, coupled with a cervical spine MRI.
