Hi. Your liver problems is over. The most probable causes of pain in the right lower abdomen are: Appendicitis, colitis, or any inflammatory pathology related to the internal structures. The best way to get a diagnosis is to undergo a clinical examination, ultrasonography , a trial with a course of an antibiotic and metronidazole, bolld, urine and stool tests. The reports of the investigation will decide the further course of action.
