i have just come back from A&E and been told that i dont have any stomach lining so can you please tell me why i wait to see the stomach doctor what is best to do for the pain as they have given me codine and asked me to stay away from paracitamol as ive been taking to many . what should i ask my doctor for xx

Hello,

You may be suffering from acute gastritis with Peptic ulcer disease.

So, use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for two weeks. Avoid spicy food, alcohol, and painkiller medicine.

Please consult your gastroenterologist so that he will do endoscopy and treat you accordingly.
