Suggest Remedies For Painful Dent On Knee Post Injury

I landed on my knee pretty hard and I have a one inch long 1/4 inch deep dent in my knee now this happened about 20 minutes ago and I really don t want to go to the doctors could I let it heal or should I get it examined It only hurts in the general area but I am very scared of it being a break for I still have a broken leg at the moment i broke my grow th plate on my foot and that still needs months to heal what should I do

I really appreciate your concern, knee join is very fragile and highly vulnerable joint for injury and meniscus is matter here so better to see the doctor may need MRI and other test hope this information helps.
