Suggest Remedies For Red Bump On The Palm Of The Hand

I got this red bump on the palm of my hand a few days ago and it looked like a pimple so I picked at it and now I started to get little bumps on my other fingers and they re super itchy and I have no idea what it is and I can t sleep because it s so itchy help!
