Suggest Remedies For Severe Pain In Left Shin And Feet Post An Injury

I was at a pool the yesterday with my work and I jumped into a part that was more shallow than I thought. I landed really hard on my legs and felt a sharp pain in my left shin. It went away fairly quickly, but soon after I noticed a bump on my shin and it hurts when I m on my feet too much. Ice seems to help, but the pain comes back after. I can still walk. What might have happened to me?

Hello,

I suggest you to rest. Elevate the extremities use ice pack and take ibuprofen. If you don't feel better or can't walk make X-ray.
