Suggest Remedies For Sharp Pain In My Knee After A Fall

I took a fall yesterday and my leg got caught bending it outward as I fell I now have a sharp pain in my knee when I lift it off the ground or rotate or bend or straighten it the pain is in the lower inside of my knee and is a bit sore to touch also

Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you got soft tissue injury to your knee .X ray will be required to rule out fractures. MRI will show injury in detail specially ligament injury.Till then icing will be helpful in reducing swelling and pain. Analgesic such as ibuprofen is effective pain relief. Rest is needed for recovery. Vitamin and C are helpful in recovery. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful.
