im yrs old smoker drinker ive been taking 2000iu vit.d talets for at least5 months now he wwants me to take 8calicium servings a dat 2 glasses o milk 2 pieces of cheese yougart tums with calcium etc. for the last 4 days have hadcramps in stomach a blood bright red everytine i take a poop
