Suggest Remedies For Swelling And Pain In Foot Post An Injury

My foot got caught in The stairs when I was walking up them to quickly,, Don t have a lot of pain when laying down or sitting. Hurts to walk. I can move my toes by hand with no pain. Can t wiggle my toes because the swelling is so bad. I need to no if it s somthing serious? Or will it heal over time? Can t afford to go to a doctor..

First do a X ray to ruled out fracture if no fracture is present then pain is due to ligament injury.S O do R rest,I ice,C-compression,E- elevation.Do a wrapping in surgical adhesive tape in such a way that the injured part will be immobile.You can take painkillers like combflame.so do it I hope it will take minium 30days time for your ligament s to be repaired.Thanks
