Suggest Remedies For Swollen Anus With Pimples

Hi, I noticed pain in my anus area and when I looked at my anus in the mirror I noticed it was swollen on one side, i opened it further and found what seemed to be a pimple when I put my opposite hand on the other side of it it popped and I am very scared that it could get infected. I put neosporin and the bleeding clotted but I don t want it to get infected, what should I do?

Hello
I share your concern
In my opinion you may require a course of antibiotics preferably ofloxacin or ornidazole or both in combination under medical supervision to avoid superadded infection.

Meanwhile avoid constipation because passge of hard stool can cause rupture of the overlaying mucosa and subsequently bleeding may occur.

So you should take plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables or dietary fiber supplement
have lots of fluids
clean it with antiseptic solution and apply antibacterial ointment every time you go for defecation or at least thrice daily.

In my opinion you should visit a general surgeon for per rectal examination to establish a diagnosis and further course of action.

Hope this answers your question, please do let me know if you have any more queries, I will be happy to help you.
Best wishes
