General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As the therapy is not working and he is released from the treatment, home care with nursing assistance would be the ultimate option after thorough discussion with treating team head consultant.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
