Suggest Remedies For Withdrawal Symptoms Of Cold Turkey
I quit smoking cold turkey 2 months ago, after having smoked for 23 years. Since quitting, i have been unable to concentrate, have had bleeding gums, and am unable to get a good nights sleep, waking up every morning more tired than i was when i went to bed. How long do these withdrawal symptoms last as I am starting to consider going back to the cig as i cant take it anymore. Male - 45 years old,
up to one month. but generally 2 weeks is the peak. CHANTIX has very very slight nicotine effect and blocks any higher nicotine that you smoke. It might reinforce quitting. This is why, however, chantix gets such a reputation for side effects---you would be with the symptoms you have right now if instead of cold turkey you had used chantix, but the blame would be on the chantix and not on the the cold turkey. Nicotine replacement would overcome the symptoms today BUT you'd be back onto nicotine and that seems like a worse situation than you are at currently.
