Suggest Remedies To Improve Vision Apart From Wearing Spectacles

Helo doctor, I m 22 years old girl, student of 4th year mbbs, spherical power of my right eye is 0.5 and of left one is 0.75, but i don t want to use spectacles.. kindly suggest me any other subtitute or remidiy through which i can get rid of spectacles.. I m so worried for this.. Kindly give me a suggestion, I ll be very thankful to u.

Hi, I think you can use contact lenses to avoid use of spectacles. Consult an Eye specialist for proper prescription.
