Suggest Remedies To Lose Weight

Hello Doctor,

I have been going for aerobics for nearly 6 months (weekly thrice) and i have not reduced my weight. I have reduced the quantity of my food but still my weight is still the same. My height is 5.1 and my weight is 78 kgs. I am 29 years old female and am unmarried. Can you suggest me any remedies please.

Welcome to Health care magic. Thank you for posting your question.

At your height an ideal weight would be around 55 Kgs. Do not lose hope.Let me help you out.

Actually there is no magic plan to achieve weight reduction , but I can certainly help you out.
Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals , proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required. Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day. Keep away from fried food , soft drinks . Have small meals at regular intervals.Drink loads of water. That's all about the diet.

It would be great if you could add to that a bit of physical exercise and cardio workouts like walking and jogging. Walk for at least 40 minutes a day

Reply with thanks.
