Suggest Remedy And Diet Supplements For Fever With Body Weakness
sir,frm last 3 days i usually get a chill followed by fever...yestrday i consulted a Doc.. he gave me some pills controlling the fever....... i m takin fluids in plently..... but it all has merely helped.... i m weakening ........kindly sir suggest me diet.... and any other possible help......... thanks ..
Good morning, So sorry to hear you are not feeling well. It sounds like your illness will run the typical 10 days associated with the "cold" or influenza. If you are ill past ten days, kindly return to your doctor. Note that antibiotics are not effective against viruses.
While ill continue to drink plenty of fluids. You did not mention your diet, but chicken soup, soft/easily digested foods, foods high in vitamin C (juice, fresh fruit), Santara sherbert. In essence, to keep your energy up, take in easily absorbed carbohydrates and soup with plenty of water and vitamin C fluids.
