Hi , I'm Dr Suresh K Yadav M D (paediatrics) , I have gone through your question and understand your concerns,
Allergic conditions like eczema have no permanent cure, they can only be controlled with regular use of prophylactic medicines. Symptoms and disease severity decrease in most babies as they grow . For better control you need to keep good hydration of skin by using emollients and topical steroids ( if required ) regularly as advised by your doctor. Topical steroids are to be gradually tapered to reduce chances of flair up. Use of soap which causes dryness of skin is to be reduced , better use soaps like tedibar.
Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions. Take care. Thanks.
