Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain Clindamycin or any other antibiotic for that matter can cause damage to the good bacteria of intestine along with the harmful bacteria and can lead to disturbance in the complex functioning of the intestine and cause disturbed absorption and digestion leading to diarrhea or soft stools..
A the functioning is disturbed you might need medication to restore the normal functioning, so I would suggest you to take Furazolidone to control loose motions..
You can take ample of probiotics like Yoghurt in diet..
Drink plenty of water and take more fibres in diet..
Avoid spicy and heavy meals..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
