Suggest Remedy For Abdominal Obesity

hi i am 30 years after my delivery of two child my stomach became very big i use the ballet than also it can't . i am not apply any hard exercise because i have two cesarean operation so please help me out. though i eat lots of rice . my eating time is not proper i am an accountant so not any movement after sitting on the chair,now a days my right leg ankle /feet are very paining. i think my body is ok but please tell any thing for my stomach reduction

First, there is the question of total fat.

25% is an ideal weight medically speaking. The classic ideal of beauty is 25% fat also. Google "Venus of Urbino"....So, good news bad news, there's a real possibility you are just where you ought to be and not fixable.
Then, otherwise, can't help you. In general, the answer would be overall weight reduction to 20% and then a lot of abdominal muscle tone exercises.

but don't know if that's bad in your case if the abdominal muscles aren't healed (generally 6 weeks, but varies). Gradually increasing the amount. But, personally, I have an abdominal hernia and have to really watch what I do.
