Suggest Remedy For Abdominal Pain And Nausea Due To Acid Reflux

i have acid reflux, am 64, when i get up from bed i right away feel nausea,especially when i walk,i can t go to store an walk for long period,i have headache pain, abdominal pain,an feel lightheaded every day, especially when i have to move or walk in my home or outside

Hello thanks for puting your quwry in hcm. For acid reflux I will suggest you to take ilaprazole along with a prokinetic agent like levoosupiride both to be taken half hr before breakfast. Also dont lie down after taking memeals at least for 2 hrs. Also avoid spicy food., tea and fatty meals. Dont drink water along with meals. I hope I have answered your query and this will help you.
