hello, my stomach is feeling tight, crampy and I have having pain a bit a pain on the left side. I have not eaten anything different the past couple of days, but its starting to get uncomfortable. It as been off and on for three days. Should I make an appointment with my doctor?

Your symptoms suggests you could be having acute gastritis. I advise you to take proton pump inhibitors and antispasmodics.If the symptoms doesn't subside with these then consult your doctor.
