Suggest Remedy For Abnormal Bowel Movements

For the past two months, my poop has been behaving strange. Before, i would have normal bowel movements and when I would "go" it was easy and fast. Now, i would go but my poop comes out in pieces. Small and thinner, and it would feel like i still have some more poop in there but it just won't come out. There;s no pain... and i eat a lot of fiber, drink a lot of water... what;s the deal? :(
