Hi,

It is, in fact, the prolapse of rectum means "Rectal prolapse" it is the rectal mucosa or the wall of rectum coming out.

In another word, it is the protrusion, and this may cause the inflammation, irritation, surgical intervention is the option to treat the case, sometimes it can be managed with medicine with a minimal cure.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
