My name is sue I have bad anxiety issues around my cycle I get skipping beats no pain or shortness of breath! My doc said it's hormones and anxiety! Usually they are not that bad but around my cycle I get more and I then go into a anxiety mode which I no makes them worse!! I don't get panic attacks any more just flutter! I feel them less if I stay busy and not think about it!! I feel them more if I sit and obsess about them!!;-( how do I come to terms with it's ok and not obsess on them!!
