Suggest Remedy For Anxiety

I am having almost constant anxiety anytime I go anywhere or think about any situation and having to do anything. I can't get through work without leaving and I feel like I am hallucinating and going insane. My blood sugar is high but not so high that it needs medical attention. What should i do?

Hello
In my opinion, you should practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation.

Avoid excessive tea and coffee and alcohol. These precipitate anxiety.

Eat green vegetables and fruits. These are nautral antioxidants.

Drugs like klonopin (prescription drug) can be used in case of intense anxiety.

Thanks
