Suggest Remedy For Anxiety,disorientation And Uneasiness

I just started cipralex and am freaking out. It is the 4th day and i just increased from 1/4 of 10mg to 1/2 of 10 mg. I sat on the couch and stared out the window all day and my anxiety has been increasing. I feel disoriented and uneasy. Is this normal?

SSRI medications , including cipralex, can take 1 to 3 weeks to have an effect so unfortunately it would not be able to help with your anxiety as yet.

If you continue to consistently use it however, you should start to experience relief.
