Suggest Remedy For Arthritis In An Elderly Person

I am 68 snd have arthritis especially in my feet. Also hip and shoulder bercitis. I know I walk with s stoop a lot because of my feet. Long ago I did notice my right end of collarbone larger and sticks out a little more than left. Could this be from my posture?

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
Arthritis in elderly person has no cure. Measures can be taken only to reduce the symptoms.
Bursitis is inflammatory disease, which can be reduced by taking medications like Diclofenac with Serratiopeptidase along with appropriate course of antibiotics. Also local application of analgesic gel would relieve the symptoms.
For arthritis, you can do the following:
1. Reduce weight if you are overweight.
2. Do not do any work which puts pressure in joint like lifting weights.
3. Take medication like Paracetamol whenever you have pain which cannot be tolerated.
4. Use Tablet Glucosamine, which will help to lubricate your joint tissues. But you need to check your blood glucose regularly when you are on this medication.
5. Physiotherapy for the joints and joint strengthening exercises helps to keep your joints healthy.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
