Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. In your condition an intervertebral disc bulge of lumbosacral spine or a strain/sprain can be suspected.A physical examination with an orthopedician can give clue for that and a X ray followed by MRI if required can confirm it.For such cases in my patients i advise NSAIDs like Aceclofenac muscle relaxants like thiocolchicoside and neurotropic drugs.I also advise them to have a rest of 4 to 5 days.I send them for physiotherapy along with this.Lumbar supporting belt also will be helpful for some.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
I find this answer helpful
