Welcome to health care magic. primary treatment of backache is bed rest and analgesics(diclofenac sodium 50mg three times a day after meals along with omeprazole 20 mg before meals). Cause of pain can be prolapse intervertibral disc which can be confirmed by MRI LUMBOSACRAL SPINE .ANOTHER CAUSE CAN BE WEAK MUSCLES AND BONE which can be strengthened by doing back excercises and VITAMIN D3 SUPPLEMENTATION IF IT IS LOW(vitamin D3 level by blood tests).
