Suggest Remedy For Back Pain

hi i am 31 years old weight being 48.5 and i have lower backache problem now its like 3 years, i once went to hospital but they gave me painkillers for now i have never been back to hospital .the problem keep on recurring what can i do. my job entails standing and walking long and short distances.

Gud evening,
As per ur problem, u should visit ur bearest ortho doctor to teach u some back extension exercises.
along with it u have to avoid forward bending and weight lifting.
u can start with muscle relaxants and start physiotherapy for severe pain...
