Suggest Remedy For Back Pain

my mother had hip joint surgery just a month back and she is walking moderately. Around 15 days back she fell down from the cot and since then she has pain in the centre of the back. Xrays revealed there is no fracture. Can you please suggest some remedial measures.

Welcome to healthcare magic. she should take bed rest and analgesics such as combiflame one tablet three times a day for 4-5 days. In addition she may be supplemented with vitamins such as becosules and vit D.
