Suggest Remedy For Black Specks In Urine And Burning Urination While On Treatment For UTI?

I went to an urgent care 7 days ago and had a urine test done and the urinalysis came back with glucose, ketones, blood, nitrates, protein and high leukocytes in my urine so they started treating me for a UTI with Bactrim, by Sunday I was not feeling any better I called them about the culture and it came back negative for an infection, I have had pelvic pain, lower back pain since, they even tried changing the antibiotic and still no change, I am now having black specks in my urine and I have burning and pain after I go to the bathroom, I had a ct scan done and was told it was normal, do you have and suggestions for me?

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have black specks in urine and burning urination while on treatment for UTI. So you may have resistance to the antibiotics you are taking. You should go for repeat culture and antibiotic sensitivity testing. it will give you exact diagnosis. Then you should take antibiotics treatment accordingly. Levofloxacin, cephalosporin, Imipenam, meropenam are useful in urinary tract infection. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
