Hi welcome to HCM.
I understand your query and concern.
As per your clinical description you seem to have underlying stoke adam syndrome which is a manifestation of third degree of heart block. This can present with frequent transient visual blackouts. This condition has to be treated with implantable cardiac pacemaker.I advise you to have a baseline ECG,2 dimensional screening echocardiogram along with an electrophysiological study of the heart. These tests can accurately diagnose your condition.Placement of an ICD will control your symptoms.Discuss the above with your cardiologist.
Post your further queries,if any.
Thank you.
